The apartment is in the new prestigious Senorio de Aloha complex beside Centro Plaza 5 mins walk from the centre of the port. It on the first floor. A parking space is provided in the secure underground car park. The complex is covered by 24 hour security and a video entry phone system. There are 2 bedrooms, and the sun terrace from the lounge is big with superb views. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and there is an air con /heating system for all year round temperature control as each room is individually controlled by remote. The kitchen is modern bright, fully equipped with all mod cons.The other neighbouring flats are also furnished to an equally high standard and can sleep 4/5 people.It means 2 or 3 families can all holiday together.

Notes: There is a sofa in the lounge which folds down into a comfortable double bed in case you are 5 people. The air/con heating system is operated by remote control. Each room has it's own machine and can therefore be maintained at different temperatures. The apartment is therefore perfect for all year round usage.I HAVE ACCESS TO TWO NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES IF YOU ARE 2 OR 3 FAMILIES WHO WISH TO HOLIDAY TOGETHER IN HIGH QUALITY ACCOMODATION.

Climate/Facilities An all year round resort. Average temperatures range from 61dgs in January to 85 dgs in July/August. Marbella is only 7kms away. There is a huge choice of restaurants, banks, bars, nightclubs, casino. There is an English video hire shop close by although we do supply a small selection of English language videos for you to watch with the apartment. Gibraltar is a short drive away and well worth a visit for tax-free shopping. There are 8 golf courses within 6 kms and 40 within 25 kms.I am able to rent out the apartments of 2 neighbouring flats furnished to the same high standard so 2 or 3 families can holiday together.

Travel/Languages It is a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport. Car hire and English speaking taxi hire can be arranged. Scheduled flights are available by phone or internet and go from Luton, Stansted, Heathrow gatwick plus many more UK airports. Chartered flights can be accessed by Teletext or through your travel agent. I have been asked by a couple of neighbours to start renting their properties out that are fitted out to a similar standard. So even if my place is taken I may still be able to place you in a very nice apartment.
